Please Don’t Eat These AT Night
Do you know that there are some foods that you should run away from at night?
At night, your body should be resting including your stomach instead of it trying to break down the food you took.
There are some particular classes of food that should never be eaten at night. When these foods are consumed at night, the body tends to store those calories as fat and sometimes, eating some large amount of these foods at night makes you feel bloated and sick in the next morning.
There are times after dinner that we long to eat some more, let’s choose wisely what we eat after. Some foods and snacks are the worst bedtime-foods to take.
Here are some lists of foods and snacks that you should never eat at night:
a. Ice cream
b. Alcohol
c. Chocolate
d. Fatty foods
e. Hot and spicy food
f. High sugar cereal
g. Caffeine
These above listed foods are more likely to cause heartburn and other body discomforts, making you feel bloated, making it more difficult for the body to rest before bed.
Also, the following morning, it can make you feel sick? leading to drowsiness, therefore making it difficult for you to complete your daily tasks.
