There are different ways we could eat our fruits and still enjoy them with great pleasure.
But we’ll be considering five of them
You can mix different types of fruits into smoothies, fruit juice, fruit lollipop, fruit salad, parfait and you could even eat them whole
We would be highlighting them respectively:
SMOOTHIES
A smoothie is a drink made from pureed raw fruit and/or vegetables, using a blender. A smoothie often has a liquid base such as fruit juice, dairy products, such as milk, yogurt, ice cream. Smoothies are perfect drink in all seasons and weather.
There is really no wrong way to make a smoothie, but these few steps should guide you in making one of the best smoothie
Making a fruit smoothie is as simple as tossing ingredients in a blender and blending them to paste but you have to first line the base of the blender, so here’s our exact process:
Add liquid to your blender. Typically you could use different kind of milk, fruit juice, or even just water.
Add in any greens. If you are adding any vegetables like spinach or other greens, this is the time to add them in.
Add in your frozen fruits and vegetables. ( We would recommend iced fruits instead of adding ice into the blender) You could at least have frozen bananas and frozen strawberries on hand for smoothie making.
Or if you don’t have frozen Fruits you could add few cubes of ice to thicken the paste.
Add any fresh fruits or veggies you’d like to use. Here is where you’ll toss in fresh strawberries or Cherries.

Then blend away, you start blending in the low and slowly increase to full speed. This makes sure everything is mixed well and the blades don’t get stuck. Blend until the smoothie looks silky, and then pour and enjoy.

Pineapple Juice + 1 cup pineapple + 1 cup mango + vanilla yogurt + banana + 1 cup spinach.
Apple juice + 2 cups mixed berries + huckleberry yogurt.
Orange Banana Juice + 1 cup pineapple + 1 cup peach + vanilla yogurt + banana.
Orange Juice + 2 cups strawberries + strawberry yogurt + banana.
